I've long held the belief that this country was built on corruption, bribes and back room deals so the headline is fitting. As for the announcement of the MOU for a pipeline from Alberta to BC, well it's a continuation of the same criminal activity. Nothing but a promise wrapped in riches for globalist elites. Carbon tax Carney gets his cut right away with the increase on carbon from $95 to $130/tonne and untold billions in carbon capture. The Feds have $93B, taxpayer subsidies, available for the felons, oh I mean investors, because without it, like EV/battery plants, it's not viable!
