When Nova Scotia opened a health care clinic, in 2015 that was specifically for immigrants & refugees only, did anyone find it odd or ask questions? I remember thinking, so many Canadians without a family Dr but a clinic emerges to cater to a specific clientele, that's a clear sign and then the floodgates opened.
